Q1. After a complete installation, windows is asking for a “Modem driver” to be installed?

This may occur with some of the new phones. Mobile Studio only includes the drivers for the data cable. If you cannot find the correspondent driver from the mobile studio CD, you will need to use your original CD from your mobile phone provider. For latest driver download please visit our download section.
